My career in design began in 2009 while I was in college, before graduating with Bachelors in Product and Graphic Design, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Since then, I have worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Johnson and Johnson, Fiat, Warner Bros, Chilli Beans, Mormaii, Civil Regime, and Guitar Center.
For all these years, I worked as a product/graphic designer and head designer for multiple areas of product design: Promotional products, furniture, licensed products, brand guides, and apparel.
In 2017 I moved to Los Angeles to continue my career in design in the US. Since then, I have worked in fast-paced companies where my responsibilities ranged from researching, creating, and overseeing all aspects of product dev.
Since 2009, I have been working on projects where the overall work was to interpret and create brand guides, understand the client and its goals, and most importantly, understand the user/consumer needs. Using research, storytelling, ideation, design, testing, and iteration as ways of building successful products and journeys.
Currently, I am a user experience designer (UX/UI) at Guitar Center Company, utilizing my skills in storytelling, research, and design thinking to create intuitive and compelling digital experiences and user-friendly designs. In my current role, I work on a variety of eCommerce projects, for Guitar Center and brands, such as Music and Arts, and Musicians Friend, designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for customers.

"Pamela is an amazing designer and a pleasure to work with. In all my years of teaching design, she stands out as one of the most curious and competent people I know. She is able to adapt to a wide range of projects and delivers incredible results. Pamela is constantly growing her skills and is a valuable asset to any design project. She is also a great communicator and approaches her work with care and authenticity that is phenomenal!"
